About
I started Menu Dr. LLC to help small restaurants in Northern Colorado stay competitive with more transparent menus. Restaurant customers want to know what’s in their meal and make better choices for their health. The complexity of nutrition science and government regulations can be challenging for small business owners to track, but I can help.
I am a graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor’s in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and of Case Western Reserve University with a master’s in Public Health Nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meaning I am a food and nutrition expert who has completed an accredited graduate degree, supervised practice hours, passed a national exam, and continue engaging in professional development throughout my career.
I have experience working at federal and local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and my own private food business.
